Eph is important because it centres on how content is experienced by humans. In terms of the relationship between situated human experiences and the re-contextualization of experiences through language, for instance, the study of psychological processes such as contrast, salience and comparison proposed by cognitive psychologists and experimental phenomenologists are interesting in relation to the choice of language resources related to those processes.
