Eph is important for many reasons: in a certain way, psychotherapy is “EPh in action”, i.e. not in a laboratory condition but in a field condition, a real life setting: a) it tries to help people to get a clear picture of themselves and one’s own situation and b) it tries to make them reach a clear picture of the situation by experimenting / exploring the effects of trying to change it.
